Guests simply fill their cup with tea concentrate and adjust the strength of their drink by adding hot water from the tank's spout. The water temperature adjusts from 140º F to 212º F via the integrated thermostat. The water reservoir has a limescale filter and the teapot has a removable filter for straining loose-leaf tea.
