With a soft texture that will not itch against skin or pill with wear, the uppers are fashioned from a double layer of virgin Austrailian and New Zealand wool that is prepared using environmentally friendly materials and techniques. It traps the right amount of heat while allowing moisture to escape, ensuring feet are equally comfortable on a chilly mountain night as on a balmy summer day. The removable, sculpted natural rubber insole—also covered in boiled wool—provides anatomically correct arch support. The natural latex outsole has a textured pattern that provides a firm grip yet flexes for easy movement.
