This is the restaurant juicer that extracts up to 84 oz. of fresh fruit juice per minute. Whole oranges, grapefruit, or pomegranates are placed inside the chute and the internal rotating flywheels press the fruit onto a stainless steel micro serrated blade that bisects the fruit. Spinning reamers squeeze the exposed pulp, extracting its juice through a filter that removes the bitter pith and pulp before the liquid is channeled into an awaiting glass. The squeezed fruit is sent to chambers on either side of the juicer that remove for ease of disposal. The entire juicing process is visible through the transparent housing and the unit juices up to 28 oranges per minute. All of the parts are made from food grade plastic or metal to withstand decades of commercial use and the blade, reamers, and drums remove for easy washing. 34" H x 28 3/4" W x 17" D. (96 lbs.)
