This play mat grows with an infant and encourages hand-eye coordination, motor skills, and crawling development in a single component. For children three to six months old, the mat can be configured with the arched activity bars that has rattles, textured surfaces, and other sensory stimulants so that an infant lying flat can develop coordination and strengthen back muscles. For children learning to crawl, the mat can be configured as a navigational course that encourages a baby's natural desire to move. For children one to two years old, the mat can be configured as a modular activity gym with vertical sections that allow toddlers to experiment with new movements.
