Combining two exercise devices in one, this machine converts from an elliptical trainer into a stair climber in seconds, allowing you to equip your home with two cardiovascular machines in one footprint. To switch modes, simply attach the footrests to the handlebars (elliptical) or fasten them to the base of the machine (stair climber) using the hand-adjustable cap screws and bolts.
