Product Story
This is the cordless serving tray that retains heat or cold, keeping comestibles at their optimal serving temperature for up to two hours. The platter has an internal gel core that transfers heat or cold directly to the food on the tray. Simply place the tray in an oven set to 200 º F for six minutes or set it inside the refrigerator for up to two hours. The 14" diameter tray is large enough to accommodate up to 30 water crackers or cucumber slices. Made from 18/8 stainless steel, the platter provides years of reliable use, and at only 3/4" thick, it stores unobtrusively in a cupboard. Hand wash. 3/4" H x 14" Diam. (3 1/2 lbs.)
