The lamp's LEDs produce a crisp glow that highlights the details of art without generating heat or ultraviolet rays (like fluorescent or incandescent bulbs) that can damage paintings or photographs. The telescoping lamp arm extends 5 to 7 inches from the wall and the ball swivel tilts the lampshade 20º to enable optimal light projection angles. The lampshade's seamless endcap and reflective interior generate even light distribution and prevent distracting glare.
