Made from rich velvet that protects a chair’s back while providing seasonal ambiance to a dining room, each sleeve contains fiber optic lights and a large satin bow. A multitude of tiny white light dots generated by 140 fiber optic strands imbedded in the fabric impart a twinkling effect throughout the sleeve. Each cover requires three AAA batteries.
