Similar to vests worn by visitors while ascending the summit of Croagh Patrick, the traditional site of St. Patrick's expulsion of serpents from Ireland, the vest is meticulously tailored to allow complete freedom of movement for the arms, yet the tight cable-knit weave keeps core heat close to your body. The collar is lined with fleece for extra warmth at the neck, and the generous vest slides easily over a flannel shirt or sweater.
