Grown in the lush San Joaquin Valley, where the orchards produce the sweetest fruit courtesy of nearby Pacific breezes and moderate temperatures, the apricots are picked at peak juiciness to retain a concentrated honey flavor and succulent texture when dried. Each one is dipped by hand in dark chocolate sourced from the famed Guittard Chocolate Company, a San Francisco institution founded in 1868 that is revered for its use of premium shade-grown cocoa beans and artisanal techniques.
