Guest beds come in handy a few days out of the year, but the rest of the time take up valuable space--now you can have a functional guest room year-round with our ultra-light sleeper furniture collection. When no one is visiting, the loveseat, chair, and ottoman create a comfortable ensemble for a den, reading room, or living room. When guests arrive, the loveseat transforms in a few simple steps to a double bed, the chair converts to a twin-size, and the ottoman has a removable lid that opens to reveal 2 1/2 cubic feet of storage for bedding and other belongings. There are no heavy, noisy springs or mechanisms in the furniture; cushions can simply be lifted and repositioned to form beds that are firm and supportive. The sleeper furniture collection is constructed of sturdy yet lightweight pine frames with steel bolting, the cushions are poly-foam, and the upholstery is soft 100% cotton twill. The result is a collection that looks formal and sits and sleeps comfortably, unlike other convertible furnishings that feel awkward, sag over the years, and look too casual.
