Product Story

Made by the renowned Hohner instrument company founded in Germany in 1857, this is the double-puck harmonica that combines two instruments in one. Widely popular in the 1920s for its unique arrangement, the design derives its name from Shakespeare's famous sprite and places two petite harmonicas--one in the key of C and one in the key of G--in a back-to-back arrangement. Conjoined in this manner, each harmonica still provides full, rich diatonic sound, thanks to a total of 40 reeds and 20 holes. Gold-plated stainless steel covers its durable, ABS body. Small enough to fit in a shirtpocket, it comes with felt-lined carrying case. 2 3/4" L x 2" W x 1/2" H. (6 oz.)
