Product Story
This is the wooden fire station playset from Hammacher Schlemmer and made by classic toy purveyor FAO Schwarz. Precision cut from engineered wood and painted in red and white, this 31-piece set constructs a four-level station that provides hours of play, whether deploying the wheeled ambulance and fire engine from two detachable ramps or sending the rotored helicopter on a rescue sortie from the roof landing pad. In addition to the built-in fireman pole and ladder, the set includes wooden accessories that compel creative play: two roadblocks, two caution signs, fire hydrant, and a small fire. The station is manned by two firefighters and a trusty dog. Ages 3 and up. 12" H x 12 3/4" W x 7 1/4" D. (6 lbs.)
