Product Story
This is the fireproof emergency blanket that suffocates a small fire quickly or protects a person from flames. Ideal for use in the kitchen or garage, in a vehicle, or while camping, the blanket’s three-layer construction consists of an inner layer of fire-retardant material sandwiched between woven fiberglass that enables it to withstand fires up to 2,732° F. When placed properly over a small fire, such as on a range top or in a trash can, it cuts off its oxygen supply, extinguishing the flame. Alternately, it can be wrapped around the body to help protect you in a structural fire or wildfire. Includes one pair of fireproof gloves to protect your hands while using the blanket, high-visibility bag printed with instructions for use, and handing hook. 5.9' L x 5.9’. (2 3/4 lbs.)
