The Foldaway 39 Exercise Gym

This home gym provides a full-body, 39-exercise workout and folds to only 1' high for convenient storage. The gym folds in half without requiring the removal of any components and stores conveniently under a bed or in a closet. Instead of cumbersome weights, the gym uses six elastic cords that adjust to seven levels of resistance (5, 12, 17, 20, 25, and 37 lbs.) simply by adjusting their carabiner clips. A stand at the head of the unit holds the included five illustrated cards that provide detailed instruction for the 39 exercises such as curls, bench press, shoulder press, and leg extensions. The gym has a durable steel frame, the foam-lined seat adjusts to three positions, and a textured foot rest helps you maintain balance while exercising.
