The Front/Rear Accident Camera

 This is the dual lens video camera that mounts in a car and records your commute from both directions. Available only from Hammacher Schlemmer, the camera affixes to a window or dashboard via its suction-cup bracket and documents any accident or alleged moving violation in 1280 x 480 resolution video. Each lens adjusts 180° and enables one to record the front and the back views of their drive at the same time and display them on the camera’s 2.7" LCD viewfinder in split-screen format. It plugs into a car’s DC outlet and automatically records when the car starts, and stores AVI files on a micro-SD card up to 32 GB (required). Can also be unplugged from the DC outlet to provide 15 minutes of untethered camera capturing imagery. With eight invisible infrared LEDs for nighttime video recording, time and date stamp, playback capability, built-in microphone with speaker, and an emergency button that creates and saves a duplicate file.
