Product Story
Knitted in the heart of Scotland's Borders region, this wool cardigan bears the genuine argyle pattern derived from the tartan of Clan Campbell. Made from fleece shorn from seven month-old South Australian Merino sheep, the sweater's yarn is spun in Yorkshire and the sweater itself is knitted in Scotland. It is then washed in the pure waters of the Tweed River, a process that allows the fibers to open, endowing every sweater made with a unique consistency and softness. The sweater provides exceptional heat retention without excessive bulk thanks to the fine fiber quality of the wool, which measures 20 1/2 microns on average. The cardigan can be worn under a jacket or overcoat without bunching or tightness. With a five-button front. Men's sizes M. (15 oz.)
