This is the classic wooden Santa smoker from Seiffen, Germany, a region renowned for its fine handcrafted collectibles and toys since the 19th century. A cone of burning incense turns the hollow figure into an expression of Old-World holiday sentiment as a curl of fragrant smoke wafts from Santa’s open mouth. The 9" tall figure holds a star-topped wooden Christmas tree in one hand and a lantern in the other; his beard, coat hem, and cap are edged with soft flocking. Hand-painting captures the colorful red-and-black palette of the traditional Santa suit. Includes 25 pieces of Frankincense. 9" H x 5" Diam.
