Made in Padua, Italy by Marcato, crafters of fine cooking tools for over 80 years, this is the authentic Italian cookie press that creates perfectly shaped and portioned confections. The press holds enough dough for up to 25 cookies and simply squeezing the handle forces the dough through one of the 20 included dies that form classic Italian cookies. The aluminum dies allow you to quickly make Italian wedding cookies, heart-shaped, or the classic spiral butter cookies with a cherry on top. A dial on top of the press adjusts the thickness of cookies. Made from stainless steel and aluminum alloy parts, the cookie press has a solid ratchet drive, machined steel piston rod, and rigid steel pusher lever, ensuring generations of classic Italian cookies. 8 3/4" H x 2" Diam.
