Constructed from an 11 1/2-oz. per-square-yard fabric made from 100% Turkish cotton, its loosely twisted 1/2"-high looped pile (most towels only have 1/4" pile) and exceptional 35,000 loops per-square-yard pile count absorbs water readily and helps conserve body heat. The machine-washable, tumble-dry material is heavier, but not excessively so, than most terry cloths and velours, and the robe becomes softer and more absorbent with every wash.
