The Hand-Held Wine Preserver Kit

This hand-held preservation kit allows wine drinkers to savor their favorite varieties at their leisure, rather than drinking an entire bottle before spoilage, thanks to a cartridge that injects high-purity argon gas into the bottle, displacing and venting flavor- and bouquet-robbing oxygen through a specially designed stopper. Argon has been shown to be 80% more effective at protecting opened wine from oxidation than nitrogen or carbon dioxide systems. Easy to use, the stopper fits onto an open bottle and the argon cartridge's integral valve fits snugly into the stopper's nozzle. A press of a button injects the argon and removes the oxygen through eight vents in the body of the stopper, preserving any bottle for up to two weeks. The unit's compact design makes it portable enough for picnics and food pairings at tastings, allowing users to enjoy white, red, and dessert wines without having to finish an entire bottle.
