A mesh layer between the gel pack and your body allows maximum transfer of heat and cold to the affected area to help boost circulation, reduce swelling, and ease arthritic pain. The nylon/spandex wrap has a broad, curved shape that hugs the hip and soft, anti-slip cushions that hold it in position.
