This is the award-winning 33 3/4-oz. carafe that keeps four cups of liquid cool for up to four hours without ice. Its Helsinki-honed construction relies on the natural insulation of unglazed ceramic. Simply run the earthenware carafe under cold water for 90 seconds before use. The vessel absorbs the water and slowly evaporates to ensure the contents stay chilled. It eliminates the mess of submerging the carafe itself in ice, and it spares mixologists the pain of diluting a punch or batch of iced tea by plopping in ice cubes.
