The Impervious iPod Speaker Case

This sturdy case protects an any-generation iPod from water, dust, and crushing forces while providing clear audio from its built-in speaker. It is constructed from polycarbonate covered with a shock-absorbing rubber shell on all four sides and corners. The case closes using two locking latches that keep both halves shut (and the o-ring sealed tight), making it 100% waterproof, even after being dropped or knocked. Its full-range, forward-firing 3-watt speaker provides crisp sound; with external volume control, good enough for use poolside, at the beach, or camping. An internal pouch secures an iPod; a built-in audio cable connects an iPod to the speaker inside the case. It remains fully buoyant up to its maximum load of 8 oz., so it can hold keys, credit cards, and IDs in addition to an iPod or any other MP3 player or smartphone.
