Product Story

Originally introduced in Japan in 2004, this is the triple inchophone turntable that plays 3" mini-records. Also known as an “8ban player” due to the 8 cm diameter of the vinyl media it plays, the inchophone operates like a traditional record player complete with a belt-drive turntable, moving magnet cartridge, and a pitch control slider. This modern incarnation is manufactured by Crosley, and contains a built-in speaker, dust cover, aux cable, and aux to RCA adapter. Includes four 3" mini records: Cry, Cry, Cry by Johnny Cash, Great Balls of Fire by Jerry Lee Lewis, Honey Don’t by Carl Perkins, and Devil Doll by Roy Orbison. Powered via included USB cable or four AA batteries (required). Silver. 6" L x 4 3/4" W x 3" D. (1 lb.)
