These are the women’s scuffs made from 100% genuine Australian sheepskin and fashioned with wool uppers that feature a classic tartan pattern, and they are only available from Hammacher Schlemmer. Derived from the fleece of Merino sheep raised in the state of Victoria, famous for producing the finest, most dense wool fiber available, the scuffs’ plush 2"-thick interiors swaddle feet in superior softness. With over 50,000,000 dense, hollow fibers, Merino fleece is known as a natural insulator; its wicking properties keep feet dry and warm. The uppers are made with warm knit wool that is woven to create a Scottish-inspired tartan plaid design that covers the sheepskin leather for long-lasting durability while a cushioned, flexible insole provides added comfort.
