Product Story
Imported from the town of Carrowtiege along the rugged, western coast of Ireland, this pure wool sweater is individually hand-shaped, hand-loomed and hand-linked by the highly skilled knitters who carry on the work for which the area is renowned. Because the garment is completely hand-linked and loomed, none of the finished knit is ever cut, giving the sweater a smooth texture which prevents bulkiness at the seams. The crewneck sweater is knitted from new wool so it is softer and more durable than woolens knitted from lesser quality fibers. Fully fashioned, the sweater has a classic, all-over cable knit pattern. Slightly oversized. Natural. Dry clean. Only available in Large (44-46).
