The Lady's Washable Cashmere Robe

This is the lady’s robe made from 100% washable cashmere, offering the warmth of wool without roughness or scratching for the softest hand available. Exclusive to Hammacher Schlemmer, the robe’s cashmere fibers are spun into a two-ply yarn using a patented, high-tension knitting technique and are exposed to a proprietary, non-toxic treatment, creating extra-tight, durable fibers that will withstand machine washing. Hand-combed from the fine, downy undercoat of Inner Mongolia’s indigenous Kashmir goats, cashmere fibers are renowned for being the softest in the world. The robe is soft and supple to the touch yet resists wrinkles and pilling. It has a shawl collar, two patch pockets, and tie belt, and (size depending) fits just above the knee. Imported.
