A horizontally mounted fan inflates its twin rubber air skirts while twin drive fans propel the craft up to 12 mph over smooth, flat surfaces and over water up to 3 mph. A 27 MHz radio remote provides precise forward/backward and left/right movement from up to 195' away. Rechargeable battery provides 13 minutes of operation from a four-hour USB charge.
