The Lost Item Preventer

These are the beacons that attach to any of your personal belongings and prevent them from getting lost. A free smartphone app allows you to assign a picture and beacon to any item you want to locate. If the item is lost the app provides an easy to use “hotter” or “colder” interface that shows you if you’re getting closer or further away from the item and activates the beacon’s built-in buzzer to enable location under a pillow or between couch cushions. The beacons and app can also be set to notify you when you are 100' away from an item, preventing you from leaving a jacket or purse behind at a restaurant. The app also displays the last location of any item on a map. The beacons are smaller than a quarter, allowing them to be stored in a wallet or purse, and they have a small hole for attaching to a keychain. Includes a CR2032 battery for each beacon.
