This is the massaging heating pad that loosens and soothes sore muscles in the lower back. Secured around the torso with adjustable hook-and-loop fasteners, the soft, quilted pad contains two massaging nodes that target the area around the five lumbar vertebrae, a frequent source of pain because they support the entire upper body. While the nodes’ gentle vibration helps knead out knots, the pad’s comfortable warmth stimulates blood flow, soothing strained or injured muscles. The massager has two intensity settings, automatically shuts off after 20 minutes, and can be used with or without heat. The pad is operated with a tethered controller and plugs into AC.
