This superior heater uses micathermic technology that combines reflective and convection techniques to provide faster heating than typical space heaters, reaching its maximum heating potential in one minute. The 1,500-watt heater generates 5,200 BTUs, has no visibly glowing elements, neither burns oxygen nor stirs up dust, and produces no odors or fumes. It uses a five-layer mica heating element, and has an adjustable digital display thermostat that cycles on and off to maintain a set temperature, and a 12-hour timer that turns off the heater automatically when the overheating sensor detects a threshold temperature.
