The Mixologists Crystal Clear Ice Machine

This is the machine that creates crystal clear ice cubes using the same freezing technology found in finer restaurants and bars. Unlike conventional ice makers that produce air-filled cloudy cubes, this unit uses an internal fluidization system that freezes water using the same physics that create icicles in the winter. The machine constantly circulates water over a frozen slab, creating a series of ice sheets that form a crystal-clear slab of layered ice. Its integrated ice cutter ensures consistent cube size, providing a mixologist with a non-stop supply of identical ice cubes for cocktails, soda, or iced-based beverages. It produces up to 34 lbs. of ice cubes per day and stores up to 30 lbs. of ice in its interior. Ideal for libation lovers with access to a 1/4" copper piped water supply line with 20psi-120psi pounds of pressure and a drain with 5/8" tubing (or drainage pump and hose). Amateur plumbers may install on their own but time-thirsty barkeeps may prefer a professional’s touch. With a cleaning mode, adjustable 1" legs, and a door-assisting close. Includes ice scoop.
