This is the only heated back massager that provides swing motion to enhance circulation and relieve stress. A common massage therapy to end a session, "swing over" technique involves a lighter-pressure, right or left diagonal movement that improves circulation after a vigorous deep-tissue massage. This device's four massage heads provide both gentle Shiatsu and vigorous rolling massage for the lower, upper, or full back, moving vertically up and down, the swing massage setting moves the rollers side-to-side as they travel up and down the back.
