The support eliminates pressure on spinal discs, and it maintains an open clavicle, which is critical for increase blood and oxygen flow. Sitting upright in proper alignment also helps improve breathing, while significantly reducing fatigue, slouching, neck strain, headaches, arm and leg discomfort, and venous congestion. Suitable for individuals 5' 3" to 6' 2" tall, the lightweight is easily transported from home to car to office. The pad has a precision molded core of medical-grade, high-impact polystyrene resin injected with special compounds to create a sturdy support that will never lose its shape. A layer of convoluted open cell polyurethane foam 28mm thick covers the core and allows airflow to prevent uncomfortable heat build-up in all climates, while a soft fire-retardant automotive-grade velour cover is machine washable and easy to remove.
