This is the patented cake mold handmade in Germany that yields a reliably perfect bundt with every use. Made from glazed ceramic, the mold works with an integrated water bath that ensures a crispy crust and an evenly cooked interior. The ceramic's thermal properties allow it to store 3x more heat than steel, making it a superior option to a traditional metal mold. The glazed ceramic is also easy to clean. Dishwasher safe. 12 1/2" Diam. x 3 3/4" H. (5 1/4 lbs.)
