A lightweight, unobtrusive headband has a sensor that measures brain waves to determine how much time you spend in light, deep, and REM sleep, and how often you wake up. Information is wirelessly transmitted to the alarm clock where your sleep cycles are displayed in five-minute intervals and you are assessed a sleep score. The included SD memory card and USB adapter (PC or Mac) upload your readings to the manufacturer's website, where you can input information about your diet, pre-bedtime habits, and sleeping environment.
