This digital media player enables convenient playback of pictures, video, and music on a HDTV (or any TV) from cameras, iPods, memory cards, external hard drives, or almost any media source. Bypassing the requisite computer, you simply connect the device's component AV cable directly to your HDTV to display images at 720p resolution. The media player has a USB 2.0 port, and the ability to read MMC, SD, MS, CF, XD, and CD memory cards; it also allows you to switch easily between several connected devices. The media player recognizes JPG, BMP, and GIF images (displayed individually or as a slideshow), MPEG video, and MP3 audio.
