Product Story
This is the 1800-watt deep fryer with an immersion-style heating element that reaches temperature more quickly than bottom-heated models. Its digital thermostat rapidly brings the oil temperature to 325º F-375º F, enabling cooks to prepare crisp, flavorful French fries, chicken wings, and mozzarella sticks without a lengthy wait. The mesh wire basket accommodates up to 1.7 lbs. of food, and the 3.4-quart oil container pulls out for convenient filtering or refilling. The vented lid prevents splatters and has a viewing window that allows cooking to be safely monitored. With an oil ready indicator light, 60-minute digital timer, cool-to-the touch handles, and a breakaway magnetic power cord.
