This is the remotely controlled drone that can track its tending truck’s every move. An operator commands both vehicles with a single 2.4 GHz radio remote from up to 65' away—the truck moves forward/backward and left/right while the drone moves in all directions, including stationary hovering and 360° flips. The crafty operator can deploy the drone for autonomous air cover, allowing the operator to maneuver the truck into a better forward observation position while protected from above. An operator can also conduct surveillance sorties with the drone independently while the truck remains undetected by enemy sensors or evade enemy defenses during egress while the drone hitches a ride (and recharges) on the truck’s bed. The drone can remain aloft for up to five minutes from a 40-minute charge. Requires nine AA batteries. Ages 15 and up. Truck 10" L x 4 1/4" W x 5" H.
