This is the electric ride-on Ferrari Formula 1 race car that speeds around driveway Grand Prix courses at 2 mph. It bears the unmistakable features of the classic car-maker's monocoque F1 chassis, including aerodynamic sidepods with ram scoops and front and rear wings--all decorated in the Rosso Corso color scheme and Ferrari prancing horse logo. The sturdy plastic rear tires are proportionately wider than the front tires for convincing realism, and each have four cornering grooves just like the real tires. A child steers while pressing on the accelerator; releasing provides instant stops. A two-button panel allows selection between forward or reverse. Its rechargeable 6-volt battery provides up to 1 1/2 hours of operation from an eight-hour charge using the included AC adapter.
