This is the 1:4 scale electric ride-on inspired by the Mercedes-Benz 300 SL that conveys its rider in classic luxury up to 1 1/2 mph. It replicates hallmark features of the classic roadster convertible produced between 1957-1963, including the tubular-shaped chassis, single side mirror, and the horizontal "eyebrows" placed over the wheel wells to reduce drag. The front turn indicators are positioned directly beneath the distinctive round headlights precisely as in the original; both front and rear lights have working LEDs. A child steers while pressing on the accelerator; releasing provides instant stops. A gear knob switches between forward and reverse and a horn button alerts passers-by to clear the sidewalk. It seats one rider up to 55 lbs. secured with a seat belt. Its rechargeable 12-volt battery provides up to 1 1/2 hours of operation from a 10-hour charge using the included AC adapter.
