Constructed from sturdy steel, this little heirloom locomotive recalls an era when rail travel was an elegant adventure on Sante Fe passenger trains such as The Super Chief, The Scout, and The Grand Canyon Limited. This miniature diesel engine bears all the distinctive hallmarks of these legendary trains, from its fire-engine red and silver paint scheme, to the painted windows and headlights, to the familiar Sante Fe circle and cross logo on its nose. Propelled by a toddler’s foot-to-floor power, little railfans will delight in playing engineer while scooting atop the locomotive.
