The Saturn V Wooden Rocket Kit

This is the beginning modeler's wooden rocket kit based upon the original Saturn V booster first launched in 1967 from Kennedy Space Center's Launch Complex 39A, and synonymous with Apollo 11's mission to the moon in 1969. The kit's 14 pieces include five F1 engines, four stabilizing fins, three booster stages, a spacecraft module section, and a launch escape system, all of which can be customized with the included paints. Stages dovetail together with integral dowels for easy assembly and are pre-sanded for a snug fit and strong glue adhesion. Includes instruction booklet, glue, six colors of non-toxic paint, two paint brushes, paint palette, non-toxic varnish, and a plastic sheet to protect work surfaces.
