The Seated Back Strengthener

This is the fitness chair that lets you remain seated while stretching and strengthening back muscles in all directions. Helping to improve flexibility and posture and ward off future back injuries, it consists of a swiveling seat, twisting handlebars, and a pliable back support. Simply gripping the handles and rotating the upper body or leaning back according to the exercises illustrated on the accompanying DVD tones muscles around the spine, while those of the abdomen, lower back, and thighs have to flex to maintain position on the rocking seat. The strengthener also incorporates foam rollers that massage the back as you move, ensuring there is sufficient blood flow to the area so muscles stay loose.
