The Sensory Assaulting Pest Deterrent

This device unleashes a barrage of sound and light meant to frighten away two- and four-legged interlopers. When its motion sensor detects an intrusion, it sets off a 120db burst of sound and activates a pulsing Xenon strobe light that startles pests without causing them permanent harm. The device's sound frequency can be adjusted from 8kHz (for deer and larger animals, audible to humans) to 50kHz (inaudible, ideal for repelling smaller rodents), enabling you to focus the deterrent on a particular intruder. A test mode lets you confirm the device is operating. The device's range can be adjusted to protect up to a 30' diam. circle. Four D batteries provide convenient cordless operation and allow you to easily position the device around your yard, increasing its effectiveness.
