The Seven Day Accuweather Forecaster

This is the desktop weather station that provides seven days of weather forecasts from AccuWeather without a computer or internet connection. Weather data for up to 150 U.S. cities is relayed to the device every 15 minutes through a free wireless information network--the same paging network used by doctors and first responders, renowned for its reliability and signal strength. The top portion of the 6" x 6" LCD shows accurate network time, which automatically adjusts for daylight saving time, and an icon for current weather conditions in your area, including current temperature, the day's hi/low, wind speed and direction, and UV index. Weather alerts are displayed in the middle of the screen. The bottom section displays the forecast for the next six days using weather icons and hi/low temperatures. When used with the included AC adapter, a color changing backlight indicates current temperature at a glance (e.g. red = hot, blue = cold).
