Children simply present their query and squeeze the primate’s plush foot, and the cheeky simian eases their futuristic frettings with a response of “Maybe, baby!” or “LOL, totes!” His witty banter includes 20 prophecies and phrases, and if he doesn’t like the question he won’t hesitate to say so. (For less monkey-moxie and a more straightforward response, squeeze his right hand to hear a simple negative or affirmative.) The soothsayer sports a classic plumed turban, and his crystal ball comes to life with a harplike trill and a rainbow of flashing, colored lights. His purple polyester fur can be spot cleaned.
