Developed by an ear, nose, and throat specialist, the system uses the same principles as jala neti, a millennia-old Indian yogic tradition in which a neti pot is used to pour a saline solution through nasal passages, removing mucus build-up caused by allergies, colds, the flu, or sinusitis.
