Handmade in Germany by C.A. Seydel Sohne, crafters of the world¿s finest blues harmonicas since 1847, this is the set of six harmonicas tuned to the most commonly played keys. Seydel harmonicas are made and assembled by craftsmen who form and assemble the 12 reeds, comb, and coverplates by hand, making them the preferred instruments of iconic blues harpers Charlie Musslewhite and James Cotton. The harmonicas are tuned to the keys C, D, F, G, A and B flat¿the most often played keys in traditional blues, Chicago blues, blues-rock, or rock 'n roll. The reeds¿the most stressed component of the instrument¿are made from stainless steel that yields a richer, fuller tone and lasts up to five times longer than lesser brass reeds. The six-hole diatonic harmonicas are small enough to be covered by the hands for expressive, acoustic playing. The included USB flash drive contains multimedia instruction for playing along with six classic blues pieces and how to play in 2nd position, produce bent notes, and play the blues scale.
